This Watts 1/2" combination fill valve and backflow preventer is designed to be used on boiler feed lines of hydronic heating systems. It provides make-up water to the boiler and preventing backflow when supply pressure falls below system pressure. It features a press inlet and press outlet, and an all bronze body.

This unit consists of a model 9D bronze backflow preventer and a model 1156F bronze feed water pressure regulator in a pre-assembled unit, making it easy to install. It has easy service accessibility and a high capacity fill valve for quick system filling and purging. With an adjustment range of 10 to 25 PSI set at 15 PSI, this unit has a maximum working pressure of 100 PSI and a maximum temperature of 212 degrees Fahrenheit.
