Are the blades interchangeable?
If you replace the frame and pusher block together, you can convert an Update, Thunder, or Winco French fry cutter from one cutting size to another. However, the replacement frame and pusher blocks are not compatible with Nemco fry cutters.

This french fry cutter is extremely durable: the main body is made up from cast-iron (very strong) assembly and is constructed very durably. The blades and the potato pusher is made from stainless steel, and both can be replace whenever needed or swapped to 2 other sizes of potato cutters. An excellent feature of this fry cutter is that it can be mounted on the wall. And for just under $40.00, this cutter's price and quality can't be beaten.

With its durable cast iron body and handle, this French fry cutter easily cuts whole potatoes into 1/4" wide strips. The 1/4" French fry cutter's blade assembly frame and pusher block are rust proof and remove easily after use for easy clean up. Assembly required.
