Are the blades interchangeable?
If you replace the frame and pusher block together, you can convert an Update, Thunder, or Winco French fry cutter from one cutting size to another. However, the replacement frame and pusher blocks are not compatible with Nemco fry cutters.

We have mounted one of these units to the wall of our prep kitchen. They are easy to use and cut fresh french fries daily.

This is a very good french fry cutter for the money. I would def. buy one again and only from this site. The prices elsewhere don't even compare.

This product is good at what it does but has zero other uses which is why im not a huge fan. It is awesome for comerciall kitchen that are making large amounts of fries as well as crudite.

This is an excellent fry cutter. It cuts roughly the size of steak wedges so you should know theres a little bit of prep involved while cooking. Works perfectly though, and can't beat the price.

Makes cutting fries a breeze. Remember to mount to a wall for ease of use. The fries are a consistent large steak size. It even removes the skins.

I'm a Scoutmaster and we bought this unit for the troop. We made over 50 lbs of fries at summer camp and the cutter worked flawlessly. It cleans up easy and even the youngest guys can pull the taters through! Highly recommended!!!

With its durable cast iron body and handle, this French fry cutter easily cuts whole potatoes into 1/2" wide strips. The 1/2" French fry cutter's blade assembly frame and pusher block are rust proof, and remove easily after use for simple cleaning (hand wash only) and sanitizing. Assembly required.
This fry cutter is best for lighter duty use. Not recommended for cutting sweet potatoes. For commercial use, the comparable Nemco model is best.
