What a great little blade and push block. We looked at one at a local outfit, charging more than this for just the blade assembly, and it was the same brand. The only issue we had with this (and btw we had the same issue with the Vollrath when it was new) is that it's a little tight. After a few dozen installs, it gets easier to get on/off. The blades are holding up great, and even after dropping the push block every five minutes, no damage.

Works great for cutting my fries. I actually have two different sizes depending upon my needs. Highly recommended to use for the price and quality.

I ordered the French Fry Cutter Frame with Push Block to replace one that had gotten damaged. It worked just like the original one. Pleased to be able to use the cutter again.

Very sturdy and pushes fries out like a champ. Easy to remove and easy to clean, both things I look for when I am buying fry cutters.

These cutters cut french fries evenly and smoothly every single time. Very easy to wash and/or clean. I have not had a single messed-up fry.

The Fry cutter is very durable, but the push block needs to be used with care. It is better to cut a potato in half, and place the straight/cut edge on the push block then press to cut, than to use the full potato or vegetable to be cut. The blades can bend or break if not careful.

Very quick and simple to change when needed. Customers liked the 3/8 size better than the 1/4' size that came with the french fry cutter.
