Bring traditional dim sum style to your establishment with this authentic Town 36615 dim sum cart! Modeled in the fashion of Hong Kong's traditional dim sum restaurants, this cart keeps prepared dim sum items at serving temperature while providing mobility so items may be taken from table to table.

The cart has a built-in waterbath steam tank that is easily heated with chafer fuel and is accessible through removable panels on the front of the cart. Dim sum steamers are then placed on a perforated aluminum plate 2 /12" above the bottom of the air-insulated steam tank, and a 3/4" NPT ball type drain valve allows for easy draining when finished! The 15" x 25" x 6 1/2" steamer compartment is capable of holding up to (75) 4 1/2" or (33) 5 1/2" stainless steel dim sum steamers.

This dim sum cart requires two chafer fuel containers (not included) for operation and has (4) steel wheels with large ball bearings and rubber casters for mobility. See Companion Items for compatible accessories.
