Worked excellent for our food truck. Oil reached 370 degrees in 8 minutes. Very quick reheat. Had no trouble frying 20Lbs frozen fries during our 2 hour lunch rush.

This is a great counter top fryer. they are really good for places that dont do a lot of fried foods. they can also be used for small catering events!
