This fryer has proprietary, self-standing, long-life heating elements and RDT 1-degree compensating temperature probe.

This model boasts renowned SMART4U Lane controllers that feature 10 programmable product buttons and a 40 product library to help you maintain high quality standards. The controls also have temperature check, melt cycle, boil out, cook compensation, and hold timer features. Since you can set different cooking times and recipes for each of the three basket locations, or lanes per frypot, you can more easily cook different types of food items at once. Moreover, this unit boasts a generous 60 lb. oil capacity, ensuring it can meet the demands of your business. The tank's bottom slopes forward to help collect and remove sediment from the fry pot, and this unit's front, sides, frypot, and doors are made of stainless steel for long-lasting durability. This unit comes with three twin baskets.
