A fully welded oil tank and safety interlock drain valve allow for easy cleaning. This 15 lb. countertop fryer is engineered with a cold zone to prolong the life of your fryer oil and produce better tasting, more consistent results. It's thermostatically controlled to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, with fast heat up and recovery times to keep up with the rush.
A compact footprint accommodates tight spaces, and non-skid rubber feet keep this counter top deep fryer stable during use. Two 4" x 10" x 4" nickel-plated fryer baskets with cool-touch handles ship with every Vollrath 40709 15 lb. countertop fryer.
