Designed to maximize efficiency, safety, and durability, this 10 lb. fryer offers superior performance. You'll receive a compact piece of equipment that will fry a variety of different foods without cluttering your countertop, as you can easily place multiple fryers side by side to form an efficient battery. The Galaxy single countertop fryer requires a 110V electrical connection for operation. The temperature control knob is listed in Celsius. Why won't my fryer turn on when I plug it in?

The fryers need to be plugged in to their own dedicated outlets in order to turn on without interference. Each plug on double units will also need their own individual outlets.
