I have used this flour in many breads .. it is high gluten and very reliable..I prefer the active (blue package) yeast they carry here as well..From Challah to whole grains it works well..

Another popular flour at the bakery. High gluten is great for pizza doughs and sandwich bread. We always make plenty of kaiser rolls a day and go through one bag a day.
