Price, amamzing, product, so worth the price and it seems to last way longer than those 25lb bags, its a nice smooth grind and gives your bread a beautiful brown color. I tend to deepen color with molasses and it helps!

Well priced whole wheat flour which we have used to make our whole wheat bagels. Used with a small amount of high gluten bread flour, our whole wheat bagels turn out beautifully with a great texture.

This flour is great. I used it for 100% whole wheat bread. Very soft, lighter than other flour I used, and wonderful flavor. My order arrived in three different groups in a different time that make it not so convenient.

This was my first time buying "Fine Whole Wheat Brown Flour", from "webstaurantstore.com". I am very pleased with the packaging. I opened the box, and the bag was secured, clean, and there were no shipment disturbances, everything was sealed, and no leaks. Thank you ! The taste was fresh, and it smelled fresh. I find that cooking with this brand of fine whole wheat, seem to work well if you want a softer wheat bread, and nice for pie crust, pizza crust, and cookies.

Wheat flour is so much more nutritious than white flour and can be used for many of the same jobs as white flour! Great for healthy whole wheat pancakes in the morning!!
