really good price for something so essential. For many applications, this 25 lb bag gets used up quick. It's a very economical price to buy flour and other ingredients rather than cake mix, pancake mix, brownie mix, etc.

What a wonderful brand of all purpose flour! It is great for making pizza dough from scratch with! I love making fresh pasta! Good size for small bakeries!!

This flour is top notch. We use this product on a daily basis for pretty much everything we make. We use it not only to actually make products but also as a non-sticking agent too.
