Use the DoughXpress DXDD-14 14" dough docking press to eliminate separation or bubbles in your pizza crusts and prevent oil absorption! Unlike a regular handheld roller docker, this convenient dough docking press helps you dock crust after crust in a single motion for incredibly consistent results, and leaves a perfect edge every time.

Variable thickness control lets you achieve the penetration depth you want, and the weight of the dual aluminum platens and steel docking pins provide superior dough penetration compared to molded plastic versions. Convenient stoppers on the lower platen help you center the dough perfectly. The upper platen's "swing up" design requires no skilled labor for repeatable results. Interchangeable docking plates are available from 8" to 18" in diameter, so you can perfectly dock all of your pizza dough.

The DoughXpress DXDD-14 14" dough docking press features a durable, easy to clean powder-coated white finish and aluminum upper and lower platens. It is ETL Listed.

Please Note: This model is designed to dock already pressed dough; model is not to be used to press balls of dough.
