This economical DoughXpress DM-18 pizza dough press lets you flatten dough balls into pizzas up to 18" in diameter without the need for flour, dough rollers or skilled labor. Anyone can make consistent, tasty pizza crust with this press! This dough press features a heated upper plate that helps your dough balls flatten faster with a temperature range of up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. You can use it with the heating feature off for cold pressing, too.

This dough press delivers a consistently round shape and even thickness so that you can count on your pizza being baked evenly all the way through. Consistent crust eliminates worries about portions of your crust being too thick or too thin to cook correctly. Want to offer single serving pizzas or switch between New York style and a thick Sicilian crust? You can adjust this press to make pizza crusts of exactly the size and thickness you desire, up to 18" in diameter and 7/8" thick! Depending on the size crust you are pressing, this dough press can flatten up to 100 (18") or 400 (6") crusts per hour

This manual dough press is easy to use and flexible with features like a heat indicator light and a digital timer that starts automatically when the handle is lowered.
