There are two adhesive proof aluminum plates, one of which is mounted at the top of the machine. The other plate will move upward to press the dough between the two plates and perfectly create a pizza crust. Depending on the temperature of your dough, you can set the temperature of the plates between 266 and 338 degrees Fahrenheit. Aluminum quickly heats up and cools down to help prevent the dough from sticking to the plates.

Adjust the thickness of the dough by turning the knob beneath the plate before use. This lets you create exactly the right pizza crust for your establishment. To promote safe use, there is a grid around the plates that press together to make sure nothing accidently slides between the two plates during use. The grid can be removed to make cleaning a breeze at the end of a pizza-making session.
