A thickness control dial allows you to set how thick the dough should be pressed, so you can press dough for consistently crispy thin crust pizza or even doughy, stuffed crust. To make pressing easier, this unit features a programmable timer to ensure dough is pressed into perfect crust, so you won't need to rely on skilled labor to create delicious pizza crusts.
