    My favorite is to make focaccia and Sicilian style pizza in this pan. The inside and outside rims are deep enough for me to do this and every slice is uniform with 2 crusts. If you will use in a home oven check its depth, because the pan is 16 3/4" outside diameter. It is a well made commercial heavy gauge aluminum pan. I bought one on special to test and picked up a second because I liked it so well.
