This 1/2" French fry cutter blade assembly and pusher block is compatible with Update, Winco, and Thunder French fry cutters. Because it comes with the pusher block as well as the cutting frame, you may also use it to convert any of these brands of fry cutter to a 1/2" model. Not compatible with Nemco fry cutters.Hand wash only.

Haven't used it yet but I'm sure it works like the 3/8 blade, only difference is makes 1/2 inch fries. they want you to write at least 29 words or I would of just wrote works just fine.

Makes the perfect size fries, not to small or too large. I use this more than any other tool or appliance in my business. The blades never seem to dull.
