Yield: (4) 10-inch flatbreads

  • 4 cups flour (plus more for dusting)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  1. In mixer bowl, combine water and yeast. Rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix with dough hook on medium speed for 5 minutes; dough should form into ball.

  4. Cover dough in plastic wrap. Set in warm place until it doubles in size, approximately 1 hour.
