The Vollrath 99860 9 qt. Dakota full size rectangular chafer set is specifically designed to make your buffet more appealing! Its polished tubular frame is attractive and durable, and its matte- finished and embossed stainless steel legs add strength and style. Plus, the high- temperature nylon cover handle is easy to grip and stays cool to touch. Exterior dimensions are 25 5/8"L x 14 5/16"W x 13 9/16"H.

Can I use different sized food pans in this chafer?: For any of our chafers that come with a 2 1/2" deep full sized stainless steel food pan, you may also purchase two 1/2 size or three 1/3 size pans for added serving flexibility. No matter what size food pans you decide to use, make sure you're using only 2 1/2" deep pans, as they allow the proper amount of space for water and steam.
