Can I use different sized food pans in this chafer?
For any of our chafers that come with a 2 1/2" deep full sized stainless steel food pan, you may also purchase two 1/2 size or three 1/3 size pans for added serving flexibility. No matter what size food pans you decide to use, make sure you're using only 2 1/2" deep pans, as they allow the proper amount of space for water and steam.

The Vollrath 49520 Maximillian rectangular 9 qt. full size chafer has an upscale, elegant look that features sweeping arcs and mirror-finished stainless steel accents to complement your buffet or catering operation! Its beautiful mirror-finished stainless steel is durable and easy-to- clean, too. Exterior dimensions are 23 1/2"L x 17"W x 12 1/2"H. Also available with 24k gold accents.

Have fingerprints or scratches on your chafers? Try a microfiber polishing cloth! You might not even need any chemicals! You can find this cloth under item# 27136333.
