With a wide bottom area for maximum heat conduction, this Vollrath 3202 Centurion 7 qt. sauce pot is ideal for simmering soup, beans, stews, cooking pasta and more! Because a sauce pot is shorter and wider than a stock pot, it's easy to work over too. This sauce pot features a 1/4" thick aluminum clad bottom for quick, even heat distribution. A thin bottom wafer of stainless steel provides increased durability, and makes this sauce pot induction ready!

This Centurion sauce pot's 18-8 stainless steel construction won't pit or discolor, and helps limit flavor transfer. Two sturdy loop handles enable easy transport and pouring.
