My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. This compact unit features a heavy duty stock pot stove with a 13" heavy duty steel, black epoxy coated wok chamber that makes it suited for use with 14" to 16" Mandarin style woks.
Equipped with a 23 tip jet burner that boasts 90,000 BTU with natural gas, an aluminized heat shield between the combustion chamber and outer body helps to maintain cool operation of the unit for greater user safety. Plus, the clog-resistant pilot helps to maintain peak performance with each use. Designed with durability in mind, this range boasts a reliable stainless steel outer body and legs with a heavy duty steel angle iron interior chassis.
