This Taylor 9305 thermometer has min/max and hold features and has a Lithium battery is included. The probe has a temperature range of -67 degrees Fahrenheit to +630 degrees Fahrenheit and the infrared thermometer has a range of -22 degrees Fahrenheit to +396 degrees Fahrenheit.
