For versatility and convenience, this thermocouple probe includes a 30" cable. The cable is protected by a flexible, armored stainless steel sheath.

The probe features an impressive temperature range, measuring temperatures between -40 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit with a response time of 8 seconds. It can stay in the oil during the cooking process so you can continually monitor oil temperatures.
