A great way to bring soups and stocks down to the proper temp. We love how easy these are to clean and freeze. We are very happy with this product.

What a genius of an idea. I didn't know how stirring hot liquids with a paddle full of frozen water would hasten the cooling process very much, but figured it could help somewhat. As it turns out this is not a flat paddle. It is designed with four lobes, that results in a significant amount of frozen surface area to cool down the product. I use the 64 oz. size at home in a 32 quart pot and it works well.

These ice paddles are great. Easy to use and store, plus easy to clean. If you follow the directions, cooling properly is simple and easy.

Heat it up, gotta cool it down. Serv-Safe says we only have a small amount of time to get it done and this paddle helps us get to the goal.

These work really good especially if you freeze them before use. They have saved me from changing out ice baths and speeds the cooling process by 50%.

We used these almost daily in the summer time to cool down our homemade soups and chili. They are very effective in getting the temp down before going in the cooler.

This paddle is perfect for bulk cooking! When completely frozen this paddle will significantly cool down batches of soup or even sauces in no time! Great investment!!

Great at what it does. I am a home cook and it was perhaps a bit of an extravagant purchase since I don't use it that much, but when you need to cool down a stock, it's great to have handy. The plastic is very high quality and it comes with a replacement cap (which I am trying not to lose).

The rapid cooling paddle is a must when cooling down large quanities of stews or soups to a safe temperture. The paddle is well made and works well and nice that they offer it in two sizes.

This cooler is clever. Just store it in your freezer with water in it and it's ready to go when your soup is done. It helps to cool your soups in time to meet the DOH requirements.
