The heavy-duty construction of this 2.5 gallon salad spinner / dryer makes this a must-have wherever salad is served. Whenever salad is served, the highest cost item is the dressing! By using our salad dryer, dressing "clings" to the lettuce. This not only cuts down on the amount of dressing used but also makes for better presentation.

This 2.5 gallon salad dryer incorporates a patented brake system. While using a salad dryer, it is typical for the user to force the spinning handle to a quick stop. While this practice does save some time, it is also very stressful to the gear system in the salad dryer.

Now you can simply press the large, rectangular button right on top of the salad dryer to quickly and easily bring the spinner to a stop.

A sealed gearbox provides a sanitary environment, and the large, 2.5 gallon capacity accomodates 2-3 heads of lettuce.

This salad dryer is equipped with convenient side handles for quick and safe transportation. The crank grip handle has finger grips to minimize operator fatigue. The crank shaft is made of tough, corrosion resistant chrome plated brass. The handle may spin clockwise or counter clockwise. No assembly is required. This product is covered by a 1 year limited warranty.
