The 1/4" slice and 8 section wedge blades feature dual inserts, allowing 50% more produce to be sliced vs. traditional single insert slicers. This increase in efficiency decreases prep time and ultimately reduces labor costs. Thanks to its versatility, the chassis is the only base machine that your kitchen will require, saving not only money but also precious counter and storage space. The mini style is also lighter and 40% more compact than the Saber King original.

Efficient Blades

When the blade assembly is attached to the Saber King Mini chassis, the blades are placed within the platform and are easily locked and secured in place. Because they are color coded, you'll always be able to quickly identify which pusher block works with which blade assembly. This unit comes with a 1/4" tomato slicer set, 8 section wedger set, 3/16" onion slicing set, and a 1/4" dicing set. With so many blade options to choose from, you'll be able to expedite your food prep with optimal efficiency and ease!

Paramount Safety

With an emphasis on safety, the Saber King features special blade covers that ensure that the sharp blades don't injure the operator or other members of your staff. Because the operator must use both hands to slice and cut, accidental bumps into the unit won't place your staff in danger.
