Saves Space and Time
The blade and pusher head assembly creates 1/4" slices, but the unit accommodates other blade and pusher head assemblies (sold separately) to produce a variety of cuts and slices. Thanks to such versatility, this unit saves you not only money but also precious storage and counter space! The mini style is lighter and 40% more compact than the Saber King original.
How to Use
To assemble the unit, attach the assemblies to the Saber King chassis by placing the blades within the platform and locking them in place. The pusher head is just as easily inserted above the blades and attached to the top half of the unit where, when the unit is in use, the head pushes the tomatoes into the blades for easy slicing. Slicing is efficient too, as up to 2 tomatoes can be sliced at once.
Paramount Safety
With an emphasis on safety, the Saber King features special blade covers that ensure that the sharp blades don't injure the operator or other members of your staff. This assembly set is recommended for use with tomatoes, as other food products may damage the blade assembly.
