I love this premium wheat flour. We use this at the bakery to make all different types of breads. Mostly to make ciabatta bread though.

ADM is an excellent brand that has been high quality every time I've used it. This flour was no different. Wheat flour can be hit or miss but I would certainly recommend this product to anyone looking to do baking of wheat breads or buns.
