Designed for installation at the bar, the Jackson DishStar DELTA HT-E-SEER-T high temperature tall sanitizing glasswasher with energy recovery is a discreet and easy way to ensure that glasses are clean when you need them. This machine boasts the Steam Elimination and Energy Recovery (SEER) system, which virtually eliminates steam output, making it safer and less obtrusive when used directly behind the bar. It also uses a cold water connection and heats the incoming water with the hot water vapor inside the machine. This allows the SEER system to boost energy efficiency and lower operation costs.

The machine begins operation with an easy push-button start, which engages a door interlock and an automatic fill feature. Soft Start helps protect glassware from chipping, keeping your supply safe and serviceable. A pressure regulator and water hammer arrestor even help blunt the potential damage of surging water and inconsistent pressure, which likewise protect the glassware from breakage.

During the wash cycle, a 1 hp stainless steel wash pump, built-in chemical pumps, and priming switches provide high-power cleaning. Simple controls on the machine's exterior, along with a digital LED control panel, help the user select the proper cycle and operate the machine with little effort. A booster heater with Sani-Sure is built-in too, providing proper temperature for safe and effective sanitizing without the use of sanitizing chemicals.

The normal cycle lasts only 145 seconds, while the heavy and extra-heavy options last for 213 and 313 seconds, respectively. During each cycle, the machine uses just 0.65 gallons of water per rack, or 13 gallons per hour. In that hour, it can wash up to 20 racks or 864 glasses, which is perfect for bars or nightclubs during happy hour. Easy cycle tracking is made possible by the universal timer, which lets the user know when the current cycle was initiated.

For easy loading, one peg rack and one combination rack are included and easily slide into the 12" high chamber. Thanks to the ergonomic 27 3/8" loading height, the machine even minimizes physical stress on the operator. As an added benefit, the 14" high stand provides ample space for storing gallon-sized chemical bottles on the ground for easy retrieval.

Made of sleek stainless steel, this dishmachine is air insulated between the body and the stainless steel housing to retain heat. It also features an automatic pumped drain for hassle-free draining and a delime cycle for maintenance. A 208/230V electrical connection is required for operation.
