    This has nice length on the blade, great for some leverage, perfect for long time chopping scenarios but it always needs to be sharpened, great

    Purchased as a gift to a cook. The person receving the gift was impressed with the quality. Plan to buy one for myself. I was not looking for price (quality). However, the Chef's knife compares the best you can buy.
