Our motor hp reference is meant to indicate the horsepower rating of the motor itself and not the mixer's horsepower output to the mixer bowl.

This mixer is an excellent value for the price and is perfect for standard-duty applications. Due to the heavy usage required of a bakery mixer, we recommend choosing a more durable option specifically made for the challenge of heavy use. The leaking is caused by grease breaking down inside the gear box. The grease can be replaced in the gear box to fix this issue. It’s recommended this is done by a qualified service technician.
