Meat Grinder Attachment

Transform this mixer into a multi-tasking meat grinder with the help of the #12 hub and meat grinder attachment. Perfect for creating your customer's favorite beef, turkey, or pork dishes, the grinder attachment comes with all the necessary accessories for grinding. It comes with a 1/4" grinder plate, a pusher, stainless steel feed pan, and cast iron construction on key components for durability. You can also purchase additional plate sizes to increase your versatility.

Versatile Mixing Accessories

A stainless steel wire whip, a cast aluminum dough beater, and a dough hook come with your mixer to help you complete any standard mixing task. The dough hook is best suited for a low RPM of 150, the flat beater for a medium RPM of 271, and the wire whisk for a high RPM of 485.

#12 Hub

This unit features a #12 hub at the top of the unit, which is used to power the included meat grinder attachment. Simply secure it in the mixer hub, place a bowl or container under the outlet, and you can start processing fresh ground meat.

Included Bowl Guard

For user safety, a wire bowl guard helps to prevent fingers and objects from getting caught in the mixer during use. For added safety, this mixer will not operate when the bowl guard is opened or when the bowl is lowered.

Can I use this standard-duty mixer to make pizza dough?

This standard-duty mixer can be used to make the occasional small batch of pizza dough, however, it should function on low speed to prevent burning out the motor. For larger, more frequent batches of pizza dough, check out our selection of spiral dough mixers!

Does the hp (horsepower) rating of this mixer reflect the output to the mixer bowl?

Our motor hp reference is meant to indicate the horsepower rating of the motor itself and not the mixer's horsepower output to the mixer bowl.

How do I install the compatible attachments to my unit?

Turn the whisk or other mixing accessory while placing the #12 accessory on, then push the attachment into place. The whisk or other mixing accessory is on an axel and could possibly block the hole to fit the #12 accessory. To avoid this, turn the whisk or other mixing accessory while putting the #12 accessory on.

I am looking for a mixer for my bakery. Would this be a good option?

Due to the heavy usage required of a bakery mixer, we recommend choosing a more durable option specifically made for the challenge of heavy use. Why is there grease leaking out of my mixer?

The leaking is caused by grease breaking down inside the gear box. The grease can be replaced in the gear box to fix this issue. It’s recommended this is done by a qualified service technician.
