This CP-1A Champion electric hot plate from APW Wyott packs a powerful punch in a portable, 10 lb. package, making it perfect for use at buffet tables, omelet stations, and catered events! Boasting a 6", 1250W open coil heating element with an infinite temperature control, this hot plate delivers safe, precise heating. It also contains cooling vents on all sides to help prevent burns and overheating.
This hot plate is made from heavy duty stainless steel for long-lasting durability, and features a removable aluminum splash plate below the heating element for easy cleaning. The APW Wyott CP-1A portable electric hot plate is UL and NSF Listed and requires a 120V electrical connection. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
