The (4) 8" cast iron French burners deliver quick and easy heat and a thermo-protection device is built in for maximum operator safety. Plus, the solid, spill-proof burners make cleanup easy when finished! This unit has a 5700W total power and includes two 2000W adjustable burners and two 850W fixed burners. The Nemco 6311-4-240 hot plate sits on 4" legs.
