With (6) 9" round plate elements, this unit allows you to cook six stock pots or fry pans at the same time with maximum pan contact. The plates provide a solid flat surface for quick and even heating and they are operated by infinite heat controls for easy, flexible operation.

The unit has a durable stainless steel construction with welded and polished seams, and a solid top that prevents spills for easy cleaning. The cast aluminum control knobs include heat protection grips to protect users hands, while a large 5" landing edge provides a convenient place to plate food. Complete with 4" adjustable stainless steel legs, this unit can be easily placed on an equipment stand or refrigerated base. This unit requires 240V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
