This hot plate features two self-cleaning spiral pattern heating elements that are individually controlled with infinite knobs and a positive-off position. The control knobs are front-mounted with guard rings to help prevent accidental temperature changes, and the removable drip trays are made of stainless steel for easy cleaning.
