120V models are designed for saucepots up to 4 quarts. They are meant for pan frying, sauteing, and simmering but not boiling.

Bring the convenience of range cooking to your countertop with the Nemco 6310-3 electric countertop vertical hot plate! This unit is great for pan frying, sauteing, and simmering at your serving line, table demonstration, or hotel buffet.
The (2) 8" cast iron French burners deliver quick and easy heat that may be adjusted to one of 6 settings via thermostatic controls. The 120V model features reduced wattage on the back burner for warming purposes, and a thermo-protection device is built in for maximum operator safety. Plus, the solid, spill-proof burners make cleanup easy when finished! For best results, 120V models are not for use with saucepans over 4 quarts in size. The Nemco 6310-3 hot plate sits on adjustable feet.
