This CHP-1A Champion electric hot plate from APW Wyott packs a powerful punch in a portable, 14 lb. package, making it perfect for use at buffet tables and catered events! Boasting a 7 1/2", 1650W heating element with an infinite temperature control, cooling vents on each side, and a heavy duty, 7 1/8" high base, this hot plate gives you the added height, burner width, and ventilation needed for stock pot cooking.

This hot plate is made from heavy duty stainless steel for long-lasting durability, and features a removable aluminum splash plate below the heating element for easy cleaning. The APW Wyott CHP-1A portable electric hot plate is UL and NSF Listed and requires a 120V electrical connection. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
