New Year's Eve Mock Champagne

With New Year’s Eve only two days away, now’s the time to start making final alterations to your much-anticipated menu. From intricate appetizers and crisp, fresh salads, to steaming hot entrees and creamy, rich desserts, it’s easy to quickly become overwhelmed with last minute details and neglect your ever-important drink menu.

Sure, it’s fine to stick with your traditional New Year’s Eve cocktails and champagnes, but what’s stopping you from adding a festive non-alcoholic offering to your menu as well?

Mock Champagne

This super-easy mock champagne recipe only take seconds to prepare!

All that you need are 4 cups of club soda, 4 cups of ginger ale, and 3 cups of unsweetened white grape juice.

Simply chill the ingredients overnight, and when it’s time to party, combine in a large pitcher! Serve immediately over ice in your disposable plastic barware. Serves 11.

This mock champagne is perfect for adult guests who would prefer to not indulge in alcohol, or for children who desire to be part of the party.
