Lavender Matcha Latte Recipe

Pumping lavender flavoring syrup into a cup

Made with oat milk, our iced lavender matcha latte is completely dairy-free. We created a delicious lavender oat milk cold foam topping that adds flavor, texture, and visual appeal to the beverage. The secret weapon in making oat milk whip into foam is to use barista-grade oat milk and include a little cream of tartar. Still, the low-fat content of oat milk prevents it from whipping into peaks, but you can still create a pleasant, creamy froth. On its own, the lemon lavender syrup will not produce a bright purple hue. If desired, you can add food coloring for an alluring purple cold foam. Or, get creative and play with natural food coloring options like beetroot powder.
