Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk, carton
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, canned
  • 2 Tablespoons Monin coconut syrup
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Toasted coconut

Directions

  1. Pour coconut milk from carton into blender.
  2. Pour canned coconut milk into blender.
  3. Add Monin coconut syrup to blender.
  4. Add frozen pineapple and ice to blender.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Pour the coconut pineapple smoothie into a glass and top with coconut flakes.
