Thai Basil Tomato Stir Fry: WebstaurantEats Recipes

Turn up the heat with our beef stir fry recipe featuring spicy Thai bird chiles, crunchy snow peas, and fresh, fragrant basil. For the best stir fry, try using a wok pan instead of a standard frying pan. The shape of a wok pan makes it easy to toss the ingredients for fast, even cooking.

As you gather your ingredients, make sure to choose a cooking oil with a high smoke point. Since you'll be cooking over high heat, you'll want an oil that doesn't smoke at high temperatures. Peanut oil, soybean oil, or canola oil are all good options for cooking stir fries.
