The Vollrath Mirage 5950145 drop in induction warmer is designed for light duty, making it ideal for warming stations, buffet tables, or even cruise ships. A remote dial control allows for easy temperature adjustment while a digital display clearly shows the temperature of your warmer. It includes a 180 minute timer, empty pan cut off, overheat protection, and vent fans to help conserve heat and extend the life of the warmer. Accommodates pans up to 10 1/4" diameter.

This induction unit comes with the 5960945 black ceramic template. This template features a smooth design to complement the color of your countertops and make a great impression on your customers. It is FCC, UL, and NSF Listed. Comes with two Mirage induction warmers. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
