This Vollrath 47761 Intrigue 18 qt. brazier pan is perfect for long slow cooking, browning meats, and more thanks to its wide heating area and short sides! With 18-8 stainless steel construction and a 1/4" thick stainless steel clad aluminum base, this Vollrath 47761 Intrigue 18 qt. brazier pan heats evenly and can stand up to years of heavy use. Its combination of satin and mirror finished surfaces make Intrigue heavy duty stainless steel cookware perfect for any commercial kitchen and well-suited for demonstration cooking too.

    this 18 qt rondeau is great for braising large batches of meats and vegetables. you can fit a lot of food inside this pan. its great.
