The Vollrath 46121 6 qt. Intrigue solid top round
induction chafer with brass trim and
stainless steel food pan is an elegant and

It
is constructed of mirror-finished 18-0
stainless steel with brass trim for a
beautiful, yet durable appearance. The
Vollrath 46121 induction chafer's low-
profile design keeps food closer to the
countertop surface for easier service. Plus,
it also enhances your food presentation by
allowing for better visibility.
The
Intrigue 6 qt. round induction chafer has a
mirror-finished 18-0 stainless steel water
pan that's easy to clean and ideally suited
for use with induction heaters.
The
Vollrath 46121 induction chafer features a
removable cover with a baffle, and a slow-
moving hinge design that can hold the
cover closed, or open at 45 or 90 degrees.
Finally, a reinforced bracket with rubber
table feet results in longer life and helps
keep the chafer in place. Exterior
dimensions are 15 1/2"W x 3 5/32"H
(closed).
The 6 qt. Intrigue round
induction chafer is also available with a
porcelain food pan, and with stainless
steel trim instead of brass trim, to match
