The Vollrath 46132 induction chafer's low-profile design keeps food closer to the countertop surface for easier self-service and better visibility. This chafer's water pan is designed specifically for use with an induction heater.
As testament of its versatility, the Vollrath 46132 induction chafer features a removable cover with a baffle, and a slow-moving hinge design that can hold the cover closed, or open at 45 or 90 degrees.
