This strainer works great for sauces and stocks. It gets very small pieces of food out of the product. There are two layers of mesh to achieve this and the strainer remains easy to clean.

Excellent quality especially for the price. I can't buy anything of this quality in my local stores for near the price. Great buy and shipping rates are minimal.

This has turned out to be the best strainer we have. Very sturdy, no rust and we love the wood handle. Additionally, unlike cheap strainers this one is much less likely to get bent due to the reinforcing wires woven into the basket.

These aren't quite as good as a cheese cloth, but they're the next best thing. All of the double mesh strainers allow for great, fine straining, but because of the second set of mesh, they're also much more sturdy, too.

This is a great strainer. I needed something to ladle stocks through and this is perfect. It is sturdy as well. I'm still in shock at how cheap it was compared to the quality.

The double mesh is great as it prevents the inevitable warping of strainers that live in cupboards. Have not done any forced straining yet, but it feels as though it would definitely etake some pressure.

This strainer works well for making stock from scratch!! Easy to rest directly over another pot to strain right into!! Good for small batches of pasta too!!!

This strainer is one among many of different sizes available here on Webstaurant Store. You will find that this is a great size to strain sauces.

Tablecraft strainers are definetly the best. They are durable and the double mesh can even clean out dirty oil. It can take a beating or a fall and the wire mesh keeps its shape.
