This is a good size sifter. I can fit about 3-4 cups of flour at one time. It also works good to strain large unwanted bits and pieces for making gravy or a stock.

This is probably the best strainer I have ever used. It's very well built, and the size is perfect for everything I've used it for. The only issue has been that the wood handle is showing significant signs of wear from washing.

I love this strainer. I enjoy the fact that it has a long handle, which makes it easy to use when you don't have someone else to help/hold it. I would recommend.

This strainer works great for making slightly thicker sauces or syrups. I recently used it to get all of the goodies out of bananas for a house-made banana flavored sauce and it worked perfectly!

Great mesh strainer for straining rice, pasta and other fruits extracts. i am very happy with this item and we use it daily in our kitchen.

Purchased the 6" strainer- this little guy works really well. I've used this to create a nice creamy corn sauce and it came out great. Would probably go bigger though.

This is a great little strainer. The mesh is very strong, and I don't see it separating from the rim like with other, cheaper strainers I've had. I wish the handle wasn't wood so it could be soaked or dishwashed, but I would still buy this again, and will probably get other sizes.

Great strainer. Much better than the ones I've used that only have one layer of mesh. Two is way more effective. It also looks very nice in person. Good quality.

A great strainer, a little hard to clean but does a great job. The mesh is tightly woven to ensure all your product doesn't go down the drain.

Strainer is quality made and the little "arms" keep it safely on pots while I am straining down broth. I like this model because the plastic ones never seem to last and I think this metal mesh strainer will last a long time. The double mesh keeps little bits of bone and other undesirable things from getting into stock or gravies.

A great price on a item that every kitchen, bar, needs to have on hand. The Tablecraft brand is well built and will last a long time.

Great for straining seeds out of the jams we make or sifting powder sugar over some lucky baked cookies. Use this daily at the bakery.

This worked great, need to order different sizes for other projects in the future. When I use a new item, it makes me think of different uses with other sizes.

After using this double mesh I will not go back to the classic ones. Works like a dream. Easy to hold has a nice wide wooden handle.

This mesh strainer is inexpensive and it has many uses and it is made durable. I use it to strain tea leaves from tea, to strain spaghetti, and to strain blenched beans. It is a tool one should have for her home kitchen.

I love my double mesh strainer, and use it every time I make tea. I use real tea leaves and they do not seep through. There is nothing like fresh brewed tea.
